Olive oils obtaining a "Golden Olive" fullfill the organoleptic standards of extra virgin Olive Oils (see IOC / EC-Regulations) and offer a very good to excellent general impression of harmony and persistency of positive attributes.

 
What does it mean to get a "Silver Olive" ?
Olive oils obtaining a "Silver Olive" fullfill the organoleptic standards of extra virgin olive oils (see IOC / EC-Regulations) and offer a good but less harmonic general impression than Olive Oils awarded with a "Golden Olive". They, too, show a good persistency of positive attributes.
